Kaiser Health News summarizes the results of some state-level health care ballot measures from last night.
For example, 4 states (Alabama, Florida, Montana and Wyoming) had ballot measures to invalidate the "individual mandate".
Result: "While three of these provisions passed (in Alabama, Wyoming and Montana) states can’t override federal law: citizens of those states will still be subject to the mandate."
Also: "Missouri voters
approved Proposition E, which prohibits state officials from creating a
health insurance exchange. Missouri joins eight other states that have
already decided not to create a state exchange".
